Shipping Policy

Elegantae.co.uk (“we”, “us”, or “Elegantae”) offers both Standard and Express shipping on all orders within the UK. Shipping fees are calculated after promotional discounts and before VAT.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: FREE
Delivery typically within 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: £69.00
Delivery typically within 1–2 business days for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.

Oversized Item Surcharge

A surcharge of £25 to £45 may apply to oversized or heavy items due to special handling. This fee is in addition to any shipping method selected and is not waived during free shipping promotions.

Shipping Times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
If there are any issues processing your payment, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Methods

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses.
We use reliable UK couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and Evri, depending on weight and location.
If part of your order is out of stock, that item will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Orders over £400 may require a signature upon delivery.
Due to safety regulations, items such as aerosols or products with lithium batteries may only ship via Standard Ground.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Gift Cards

We reserve the right to cancel gift card orders at our discretion for your security. If your gift card order is cancelled, we will notify you by email.

Gift Wrapping

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift boxes.

Payment

Your card will be charged immediately when your order is placed.
